DISTRIBUTION and B2B SALES ASSOCIATE

We are looking to hire a pro-active, focused and results driven colleague with pharmaceutical and sales background. You will be responsible for placing on the market and the growing market share of Pramit’s pharmaceutical products in a sub-set of countries and / or clients in Europe with focus on CEE. Most of your time will be spent in learning about the particulars of our product portfolio for any given market, monitoring of the tenders and placing timely and informed bids for them, as well as finding new market opportunities for our ever growing portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include

·      Sales of hospital pharmaceutical products in a country/region through B2B wholesale partnerships;

·      Monitoring of the tenders;

·      Keeping track of our market share and competitors;

·      Acquiring new clients;

·      Reaching out and working with Key Opinion Leaders.

·      Cultivate long-term partner relationships;

·      Acquiring new leads through direct methods, such as telephone calls, face-to-face meetings, networking, research;

Your should be able to

·      Talk and write clearly and convincingly (also in English);

·      Negotiate successfully;

·      Understand the pharmaceutical industry (experience with b2b pharma sales is a big plus);

·      Work full time;

·      Commitment, strive and achieve.

About the location

Our office is located in Ljubljana, Slovenia and the team is spread out over four countries in CEE. We value quality of the person and his/her work over geographic location. We do not object to working remotely but you need to be based out of the EU or Ex Yugoslavian countries.
